Last 2 paycheck stubs
Last year’s complete tax return and W-2s
Last 2 months bank and retirement statements (all pages)
Most recent mortgage statements for all properties
Homeowners insurance declaration page for all properties
Photo ID
Additional Items Needed (if applicable)
Leases for rental properties
Year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
Social Security or Pension award letters
Bankruptcy discharge (all schedules) and letter of explanation
